Return Policy

1. Defected/Faulty Products:
- If you receive a product that is defected or faulty, you are eligible for an exchange within 3 days of purchase.
- To claim an exchange, you must contact our customer service via Whatsapp at 0343-6663323.
- You will be required to provide proof of purchase (receipt) and a description of the defect.
- Upon verification of the defect, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you.
2. Good Condition Products:
- If you are not satisfied with a product that is in good condition, you are eligible for an exchange within 7 days of purchase.
- The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as you received it.
- You must provide a valid reason for the exchange.
- Please note that a restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
3. Receipt Required:
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is mandatory for all exchange requests.
- We will not be able to process your exchange request without a valid receipt.
